A teljes modulok a tömör LOC építőelemekből a fenntartható LOC gyártásban készülnek. A szabványos moduloktól kezdve a rendkívül egyedi vevői igényekig minden lehetséges.
A legjobb benne: a modulokat használatra készen szállítják, majd már csak össze kell őket illeszteni és összekötni, hogy egy komplett épületet alkossanak.

Our sophisticated system allows for serial production at a fixed price per unit and short construction times. Individual solutions are possible at an additional cost.

The modules are mass-produced on-site and move-in-ready, including wet rooms and furniture. All installations are finalized up to the edge of the module.
SUSTAINABLE BUILDING MATERIALS & ADDED VALUE MADE IN AUSTRIA
LOC modules store more CO2 in the floor, ceiling, and wall than is released in the entire production process. The modules are made of PEFC-certified softwood sourced from sustainably managed forests. We produce in Upper Austria. We focus greatly on using regional timber and keeping transportation routes short.
